Reef Co undertakes specialty jobs, and works to fulfill Project requirements within client›s for Mobile Crusher Works at Ma’aden Mining Site
 The work consists of mobilizing and setting up a mobile crusher unit to process blasted rock from mining operations into usable aggregate sizes for Ma’aden projects.

•  Site Preparation: Leveling and preparing the crusher yard, installing barricades, and arranging utilities.
• Crusher Setup: Positioning the crusher, connecting conveyors, hoppers, and dust suppression systems, followed by trial runs.
• Crushing Operations: Feeding blasted rock into the crusher to produce graded aggregates (base, sub-base, fill, and other specified sizes).
• Material Handling: Stockpiling crushed material, segregating by size, dust suppression, and loading into trucks for use in plant operations or backfilling.
• Safety & Environment: Enforcing PPE, dust suppression, noise control, and safe operating practices.
• Quality Control: Conducting gradation and material tests to ensure compliance with Ma’aden standards. Demobilization: Dismantling and removing equipment, restoring the site, and submitting final reports with production and quality records.
