Reef Co has developed and registered a wide range of ASME section IX weld procedures including manual semiautomatic and machine weld process. Our fabrication abilities include the use of mild steel, austenitic, stainless steels, low temperature carbon steel, 1.25% chrome, 2.25% chrome, P91, specialty alloys including Inconel, Monel, 6Mo, Duplex stainless steel, Titanium and dissimilar Combinations are all covered with some procedures qualified up to 8”in thickness. The company holds AWS, ASME, certification for the fabrication of pressure lines

This department deals primarily with Piping Systems, in accordance with Client specifications, and ASME B31.1,and B31.3 codes. This department is capable of specifying piping Component Classes, as well as overall layouting, piping engineering, detailing, all the way down to Isometrics and MTO. Capability of 2D , and 3D isavailable for the piping. 2D AutoCad is used. 3D CadWorks is Used. This department performs stress analysis, and pipesupport designs for the piping system Typical deliverables .
